LUGO Flowers

I'm writing all the way from Jamaica! I want to surprise my friend in Maryland for your birthday. Your website was easy to use. And prices were very reasonable and practical. And more importantly the Sunny Sunflowers looked exactly as pictured. My friend was very happy and by alignment she said Sunflowers are her favorite flowers. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am LUGO Flowers was our wedding florist. When I called to ask for pricing Melissa patiently walked me through everything I needed, gave some great advice about the size of our arrangements, and was responsive over email and phone as we finalized the details of our order. After reading some bad reviews here I had been worried about the quality of the flowers I would get day of, but the floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner looked just as beautiful and fresh the next day when we reused them at the wedding ceremony. The bouquets, shoulder coursages, and boutonnieres were spot on to the reference photos and notes I sent. Not only that, LUGO Flowers went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a success. We had a mishap with our cake flowers and Melissa quickly responded promptly to my frantic email the morning of our wedding (a Saturday!). Even though it wasn't their mistake their team made an extra delievery stop to our bakery with a second set of cake flowers. When I asked about paying for the extra flowers Melissa wished us a great wedding day and said it would be free of charge! What a relief!

Thank you for the quick delivery to a sick friend.. she said the flowers were so beautiful. I also appreciated not having a delivery fee as she was within walking distance of your location. We will definitely be using Lugo again.

Reported to the BBB. Please read the fine print. This florist reserves the right to replace advertised blooms with whatever blooms are 'available'. I thought I purchased the $111 premium tropical bouquet with birds of Paradise and other breathtaking, large, unique tropical botanical surprises. My loved one received a sparse bouquet of mums, a few lilies, and a few roses. When I contacted LUGOs to expressed my disappointment and anger, I was described as dramatic and told that the flowers would be picked up from my loved one's home and if the flowers were in good condition I would get a 100% refund or else I would only receive a 50% refund. Attached to LUGOs email was a copy of the fine print.

“It’s local loveliness” Professional, personal customer service provided, with gorgeous flowers abounding. Luis, the tireless, responsive, professional customer service person helped me to rectify a matter around the theme of my flowers. He went above and beyond what is usual. He wanted only that I was happy with the order. I was confused because usually there’s no actual person behind the website. I reached out and to my relief I got a prompt response. What is this? 1950!!! 😊😊😊😊 A local gem! Order.
